I found the location excellent. The staff was helpful. I appreciated the historical building. It felt safe. I also appreciated how easy it was to get around. The service was superb. The location is the best for family and shopping. The hotel even provided a wheelchair for my elderly relative, a HUGE help.

The hotel stands close to shops. Martin Place, light rail, train stations, and circular quay are easily accessible. This makes exploring very convenient. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel.

The room had a coffee pod machine plus complimentary water. The breakfast included a wide selection of food. The omelette with sun dried tomatoes, feta, and mushrooms was AMAZING!!! The staff were helpful and friendly.
